Purpose: The Bylaws and Policy Committee shall prepare such revisions or amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws and the Policy and Procedures Manuals of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as directed by the President, the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shall draft, in proper form, revisions or amendments to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as directed by the President, the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors
- Shall draft, in proper form, revisions or amendments to the Policy and Procedures of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as directed by the President, the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors
- Shall draft, in proper form, documents expounding policy position or expression of the Georgia Association of REALTORS® as directed by the President, the Executive Committee or the Board of Directors
- Shall insure that proposed changes to the Constitution and Bylaws be given by publication in the official Georgia REALTOR® magazine, electronically or sent by regular mail to all State Directors at least thirty days prior to the Board of Directors meeting at which the proposed changes will be considered
- All requests for funds are to be channeled through the Finance Committee for inclusion in its report to the Executive Committee as to the budgeting impact of such funds requests
- Shall perform such other duties as directed by the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee or the President
