    Georgia REALTORS®, are you interested in giving back to your profession while making new friends and expanding your knowledge of the real estate industry? Here are four reasons you should volunteer for a GAR committee in 2024:

    1. Make valuable business connections – connect with REALTORS from around the state to exchange ideas, strategies, and even referrals.
    2. Understand the industry at large – committee participation offers deeper insight on industry issues and the challenges and opportunities of the current market.
    3. Share your ideas – do you have an idea on how to advance the profession or the association? Committee involvement is a great way to share your vision for a more perfect organization.
    4. Form personal friendships – Meet colleagues that often become lifelong friends.

    Ready to get involved? If so, simply access this link to apply* to serve on your preferred committee. If more than one committee interests you, indicate which one is your first preference (you may choose up to three).
    If you haven’t been involved in the past, but have wanted to participate, now is the time! You’ll find serving on a committee to be both professionally and personally rewarding.
