Pending Sales Down, Prices Up in March

Key indicators for the Georgia housing market are in for March. Median sales prices are up and both New Listings and Pending Sales are down:
  • New Listings decreased 4.5 percent to 17,532.
  • Pending Sales were down 14.2 percent to 11,709.
  • Inventory levels shrank 3.5 percent to 38,884 units.
  • The Median Sales Price increased 8.5 percent to $242,000.
  • Days on Market was down 1.7 percent to 59 days.
  • Months Supply of Inventory was down 8.3 percent to 3 months.
