New Listings saw year-over-year gains, while Pending Sales declined. Closed Sales were relatively flat. Both Median and Average Sales Prices increased.

The 2024 Annual Report on Housing in Georgia shows modest gains amid shifting conditions.

Recent changes have been made to the Housing Supply Overview report. Housing price levels have been updated to reflect the gains seen in recent years, which gives us a more accurate snapshot of the current market.

The Georgia REALTORS® (GAR), the largest and leading professional association for real estate agents in the state, today expressed strong support for Governor Brian Kemp’s commitment to prioritize tort reform during the 2025 legislative session.

The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for November. New Listings and Pending Sales all posted moderate year-over-year gains. Both Median and Average Sales Prices experienced modest upward movement, while inventory levels recorded substantial increases compared to the previous year.
