REALTOR® Family Designations & Certifications
The National Association of REALTORS® and its affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils provide a wide range of programs and services that assist members in increasing skills, proficiency, and knowledge. Designations and certifications acknowledging experience and expertise in various real estate sectors are awarded by NAR and each affiliated group upon completion of requirements.

If the class you are looking for is not on that calendar, go to the specific Council, Institute, or Society that oversees the designation or certification. The training on this page is for facilitating in-classroom courses.
For facilitating Livestream classes, there is an additional requirement. Free training sessions, called “Training to Facilitate Livestream GAR Classes NO CE FOR THIS SESSION,” have been set up for registration on GAR’s registration site, click here.
Before registering for a Livestream Facilitator Training session, the attendee should have also completed the GAR-Certified Facilitator Training.
No continuing education (CE) credit is provided for Facilitator Training.
