2025-2026 Advertising Campaign: Rooted in Georgia… Just Like You!

After several months of creative development, the GAR 2025-2026 advertising campaign launched on Labor Day weekend 2025. With the theme of “Rooted in Georgia,” the campaign celebrates the deep connections that REALTORS® play as contributing members of their communities. Additionally, the tagline, “Just like you…” emphasizes the relatability of REALTORS® as real people living real lives, supporting local businesses, volunteering in the community, and helping their neighbors find a place to call home.

For its campaign video “stars,” GAR’s Public Awareness Task Force selected a recent GAR Good Neighbor Award recipient (Debbie Sonenshine) along with two NAR Good Neighbor Award recipients from Georgia (Jennifer Barnes and Dr. Christopher Johnson). Additionally, a special emphasis was placed on members who helped the Greater Augusta community directly in the catastrophic wake of Hurricane Helene last year (Nakia Brooks, Jenny Viger). These videos will be delivered to Facebook, Instagram and NextDoor.

Local Spotlights via Social Media

In Fall 2025, the campaign spotlighted several REALTORS® who have made an impact in their local communities throughout the state. As with our video stars, these local REALTOR® champions have received awards and accolades for their community service, and therefore are aligned with the campaign’s overall theme of REALTORS® “…enhancing the quality of life in their communities,” which is the second half of GAR’s mission statement. Ambassadors for 2026 will be announced in May.

Digital Assets

As in previous years, the campaign will also feature digital out of home platforms (billboards, gas stations, bus stops, etc.), and website re-targeting – examples of these ads can be seen below. New this year are radio ads playing on several stations* August through December (2025) and May – August (2026).

Finally, GAR members will be able to participate in the campaign themselves with a downloadable template that mirrors the ads on social media. This template will be available in late September.
