Emerging leaders of today will guide the REALTOR® organization of tomorrow. Going into its 20th year, the GAR Leadership Academy (GLA) will train 25 individuals who will be selected from scores of applicants for leadership opportunities in the REALTOR® organization and beyond. Candidates who may best serve as a local or state leader in the future are selected based on their track record of volunteer performance for their local board and/or civic organizations, and their personal integrity. GAR invites you to complete and submit the application for your chance to be a future REALTOR® leader.

2027 Inaugural Conference – Monday, February 15, 2027
Adorna Carroll, DSA, ABR, AHWD, CRB, C-RETS, GRI, RENE, SRS, SRES, SFR, PSA, ePRO, C2EX, will guide you through the qualities of a leader, legal duties, agreements to serve, harassment, conflicts of interest, anti-trust, 3-way agreement, meeting management and planning. This session includes a networking lunch with the 2027 Georgia REALTORS® Leadership Team.

Sharon Miller will facilitate At Home with Diversity, a NAR certificate course certification course covering how to work effectively with diverse populations so that you can build business success in today’s multicultural real estate market.**

Taxes and Finance / GAR Immersion Day

** Attendance is required at At Home with Diversity, April 22, 2027. At Home with Diversity may be taken at an alternate location. Proof of attendance/ completion within the past 3 years (March 2024 – March 2027) will be required.
- Become C2EX endorsed by NAR NXT 2027 (November 10th, 2027)
- Attend GAR’s Inaugural and Annual Conference in 2027
