REFUND POLICY
Cancellations by the Early Bird Registration deadline (if applicable) will receive a full refund of their registration fee. Cancellations after the Early Bird Registration deadline, or within two weeks prior to the start date of the conference or event will receive a 50% refund of their registration fee. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date of the conference or event will receive no refund. If a registrant’s reason for cancellation is due to an extenuating circumstance, the registrant may appeal their refund amount within 30 days of the event by emailing .
