GAR offers computer-based continuing education classes that are convenient to your schedule and can be taken in the comfort of your home or office. The classes cover a variety of topics that are relevant to your business. This is an affordable alternative for the REALTOR® on the go.

Georgia Real Estate CONTINUING EDUCATION (CE) Courses

GAR will report real estate course completions to the Georgia Real Estate Commission within 5 business days from the date of completion.

No Final Exam, but mastery quizzes to advance through each section of a course.

National Association of REALTORS® – Code of Ethics Course (Be sure to check on  real estate CE availability.)

As of January 1, 2017: REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time within two-year cycles.

A new two-year cycle began January 1, 2019.  The Deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2020.  

NAR’s CE provider will report real estate course completions to the Georgia Real Estate Commission within 10 business days for the CE Version of the Code of Ethics course.

CE Version has a FINAL ONLINE EXAM and may have mastery quizzes throughout the course to advance through it.

an evaluation at the end in order
to complete the course
