While New Listings and Closed Sales each posted modest gains in September, Pending Sales retracted slightly, Median Sale Price saw a slight dip, and Average Sales Price was flat.
After careful consideration, Georgia REALTOR® magazine will publish its final print issue in Winter 2025 and transition to an all-digital format in 2026. The Winter 2025 edition, which will be published in November, will be the last issue to be printed.
New Listings, Pending Sales, and Closed Sales each saw modest declines. Both Median and Average Sales Prices increased slightly. While inventory levels continue to rise, lack of housing supply continues to remain a challenge across the state.
