The Georgia REALTORS® Board of Directors met on Friday, September 5, 2025, and among other tasks, approved nominations for 2026 GAR leadership which includes officers, regional directors, and NAR directors.
Susan Kliesen received the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY) award on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, during the Georgia REALTORS® Annual Conference & Expo in Charlotte, North Carolina. Susan was one of 36 REALTORS® nominated from across Georgia to receive this year’s ROTY award.
New Listings saw moderate year-over-year gains, while Pending and Closed Sales declined. Median and Average Sales Prices remained flat. While inventory levels continue to rise, the lack of housing supply continues to remain a challenge across the state.
