Georgia’s September Housing Market
There was a mix of trends in the Georgia housing market with New Listings increasing but Pending and Closed Sales dipping slightly. Median and Average Sales Prices posted modest increases, while inventory levels saw substantial year-over-year growth.
Georgia’s July Housing Market
New Listings and Closed Sales showed a moderate increase year-over-year, while Pending Sales showed a decrease. Median and Average Sales Prices saw modest growth and YoY inventory levels saw significant gains in July.

The Monthly Housing Indicators for Georgia are in for June. Pending and Closed Sales showed declines year-over-year, while new listings showed an increase. Median and Average Sales Prices saw modest growth and YoY Inventory levels saw significant gains in June.
Georgia’s May Housing Market
New Listings had another month of significant gains year-over-year. Closed Sales and Days on Market were flat. Median and Average Sales Prices marked an increase. YoY Inventory levels saw significant gains in May.
Georgia’s April Housing Market
New Listings had another month of significant gains year-over-year. Pending Sales were flat and Closed Sales had a slight increase. Median and Average Sales Prices similarly marked an increase as well.
