Start Your Commercial Journey in Atlanta This May
Real estate professionals looking to grow their commercial expertise will have an opportunity to do just that May 18–20 in Atlanta through the Georgia Accredited Commercial Specialist program, or GACS. GACS is designed to help professionals move from “commercial curiosity to commercial competence” by bridging the gap between residential practice and commercial proficiency.
The three-day session will cover Module 1, The Wide World of CRE; Module 2, Commercial Leasing; and Module 3, Evaluating & Pricing, while offering attendees 18 hours of CE credit.
Hosted at the GAR Classroom at 6065 Barfield Road in Atlanta, the course will be taught by Marty Rueter.
The GACS program highlights six expert-led modules covering lease structures, valuation, taxation, and deal management. It also serves as preparation for advanced industry credentials such as CCIM, SIOR, ALC, and CPM. Tuition for the three modules in May is $450 for the first-year discounted rate and $750 for the regular rate.
