Melanie Mitchell is the Region 3 Regional Director for the Georgia REALTORS® and is a member of the West Metro Board of REALTORS®.

As an active member of the West Metro Board of REALTORS®, she has served in various capacities, most recently as President in 2019. Melanie is actively involved in serving her community through the board’s outreach opportunities, including the Special Olympics, THS homeless shelter, Habitat for Humanity, and various other programs. She was honored in 2017 with the Anita Robinson Spirit Award for her community service involvement. In 2018 and 2019, her peers awarded her as REALTOR® of the Year at her local board.

Melanie has completed additional educational opportunities to provide her clients with the best experience possible, including certifications and designations in GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), e-Pro® (Internet/technology Professional), and more.

Melanie is a graduate of the University of West Georgia where she earned a bachelor’s degree in education. She is a married mother of two children and is involved with their local school and recreation programs. Melanie and her family are active members of Tyus Baptist Church.
