Patrick Bell is the Regional Director for GAR’s Region 2, serving the 400 North Board, Cherokee Association, Northeast Georgia Board, and Pickens County Board of REALTORS®.

A REALTOR® since 2012, Patrick has built a reputation as a strong leader and advocate for the profession. He currently serves as associate broker and director of business development for Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers, where he mentors agents on business growth and client value. He is also the broker/owner of Bell & Associates Property Management, a commercial property and asset management firm.

Patrick is a two-term past president of the 400 North REALTORS® and has been named 400 North REALTOR® of the Year. Patrick is also a secondary member of the Atlanta Commercial Board.

At the state level, he has chaired the GAR State & Local Governmental Affairs Committee and the Commercial Certification task force. Additionally, he has served on several committees, including Legal Affairs, Finance, Administration & Operations, RIAC, and the Brokers Council.
