Communications Manager

Emma Miller is a strategic marketing and communications professional with a dynamic skill set and a passion for effective communication. Serving as the Communications Specialist for GAR since May 2023, Emma utilizes current marketing and communications trends along with creative tactics to convey a variety of messages for the association. With a heavy background in social media and marketing campaigns, Emma uses engaging and targeted content messaging to connect with audiences.

Emma’s marketing and communications journey began in college with roles in the printing and manufacturing industry and local government. Prior to her current role, she served as a marketing communications coordinator in the mortgage industry, developing ways to communicate and market complex mortgage programs with borrowers, builders, and real estate agents. Through this role, Emma developed a passion for the real estate industry and shared educational resources through communications campaigns.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Georgia State University. Outside of her professional life, Emma enjoys teaching dance, going on walks with her dog, and playing pickleball.
