Brianne Drake currently serves as the 2026 President of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, representing more than 47,000 members across
the state. A respected industry leader with more than 27 years of experience, Brianne is a Broker Associate and Global Real Estate Advisor
with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty and remains an active member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. She is known for her integrity, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.
A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Brianne attended Georgia State University and has built a distinguished career rooted in strong relationships, ethical leadership, and service to both her clients and the real estate profession. Her client-first philosophy and dedication to excellence have earned her a reputation for creating memorable experiences and lifelong connections.
Throughout her career, Brianne has held numerous local, state, and national leadership positions within the REALTOR® organization. She currently serves as a Director for the National Association of REALTORS® and as a member of the Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee. Her previous national leadership roles include Chair of the Professional Standards Interpretations and Procedures Advisory Board (2024) and Chair of the Professional Standards Committee (2023).
Brianne’s leadership and service have earned her statewide and national recognition. She was featured in the Atlanta Business Chronicle following her historic installation as the first Black President in the 106-year history of the Georgia Association of REALTORS®. In the interview, she shared her vision for the association, emphasizing unity, leadership development, advocacy for homeownership, and delivering meaningful value to REALTORS® across Georgia.
Brianne has also received multiple recognitions from the Georgia General Assembly for her leadership and service. In 2026, she was recognized on both the Georgia Senate and House floors through formal resolutions (Senate Resolution 753 and House Resolution 1253) honoring her historic leadership and contributions to the real estate profession. She was previously honored in 2021, when the Georgia Senate and Georgia House of Representatives each issued separate resolutions recognizing her longstanding service to the community and the state of Georgia.
In 2026, Brianne received the Georgia 100 Women of Excellence Resolution at the Georgia State Capitol in recognition of Women’s History Month by the Georgia General Assembly. This prestigious honor recognizes women across the state who are making a meaningful impact through leadership and service.
Brianne’s commitment to advocacy and protecting private property rights is demonstrated through her strong support of REALTOR® political
engagement. In 2025, she was inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame as a Major Investor, recognizing a lifetime investment of $25,000 or more to the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC). She was also the 2023 recipient of the Dick McCrudden Award from the Georgia Association of REALTORS®, an honor presented by the RPAC Chair to recognize an individual who made exceptional contributions to advancing RPAC and supporting the success of the Chair’s initiatives.
Her professional accomplishments also include being named REALTOR® of the Year by the Metro South Association of REALTORS® in 2011 and 2018, receiving the J.L. Christian Leadership Award in 2009 and 2011, and the President’s Award in 2012. She has also been featured in RISMedia’s Real Estate Magazine and is widely regarded as one of Georgia’s most dynamic and dedicated real estate professionals.
Brianne holds several nationally recognized real estate designations demonstrating her commitment to professional development and ethical
standards, including ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, GRI, SFR, and MRP.
