Patrick Bell serves as the Regional Director for Georgia REALTORS® Region 2, representing the 400 North REALTORS®, Cherokee Association of REALTORS®, Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS®, and Pickens County Board of REALTORS®.
A REALTOR® since 2012, Patrick is the President and Broker of MainStreet Commercial Georgia, Inc. and owner of Bell & Associates Property Management. He specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, and asset management.
Patrick is a two-term Past President of the 400 North REALTORS® and was honored as the association’s REALTOR® of the Year. He is also a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS®.
At Georgia REALTORS®, Patrick previously chaired the State & Local Governmental Affairs Committee and the Commercial Accreditation Presidential Advisory Group. He has also served on the Legal Affairs, Finance, Administration & Operations, RIAC, and Brokers Council committees.
A former Forsyth County Commissioner and Vice Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, Patrick is a strong advocate for private property rights, real estate ownership, and the REALTOR® profession.
