Robert Kozlowski, Vice President of Member and Public Services for the Georgia REALTORS®, is a Savannah native with a lifelong passion for education and leadership in real estate.
Before earning his real estate license in 2004, Robert served as president and CEO of ALLPAGE Inc., a retail technology company with 10 offices across southeast Georgia. His background in business and mentorship led him to pursue real estate instruction, earning his Georgia Real Estate Instructor license in 2015. Since then, he has taught salesperson and broker pre-license courses, along with numerous continuing education programs.
Robert is the managing broker of Coldwell Banker Access Realty and has served as president of the Golden Isles Association of REALTORS® (GIAR) and the GIAR MLS. He is a two-term president of the Georgia Real Estate Educators Association (GREEA), where he was recognized with the Rising Star Award in 2017 and Instructor of the Year Award in 2019. He also earned the GIAR President’s Award in 2015 and was named GIAR REALTOR® of the Year in 2018 and 2024. Other accolades and accomplishments include:

Robert has served on numerous committees for the Georgia REALTORS® and also served as regional director for Region 8 from 2021–24. He currently serves as chair of the Georgia Instructor Training (GIT) Program for 2025–26 and chair of the Georgia Real Estate Commission Education Advisory Committee for 2026. Nationally, he serves as the 2025 chair of the National Association of REALTORS® GRI Program and is an appointee to the NAR Professional Development Committee.
Robert holds multiple industry certifications and designations, including the GRI, C2EX, E-Pro, PSA, ABR, REAL, MRP (Military Relocation Professional- NAR), Leadership 100, REEA Gold Standard Instructor, RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and AHWD (At Home with Diversity).
