    Stephen Walker is the President-Elect for the Georgia REALTORS® and is a member of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS® (FCBOR). He is affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices|Georgia Properties (BHHS) and has been licensed since 2000. Stephen is a member of the BHHS Chairman’s Circle for being among the top ½ percent of BHHS agents worldwide, and has been recognized as a BHHS Top Ten Individual Agent for more than ten consecutive years.

    Stephen served as FCBOR board president in 2016, is a three-time recipient of FCBOR’s REALTOR® of the Year award, and is a recipient of the board’s Circle of Achievement award and Phoenix Award.

    Dedicated to continuing education, Stephen holds eight designations, including the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) from the Residential Real Estate Council. He is also a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, and is a secondary member of the Newnan-Coweta Board of REALTORS®.

    Stephen is a graduate of the Leadership Academy at the local (FCBOR) and state (GAR) levels. He is dedicated GAR volunteer, having served on several committees, including the State and Local Governmental Affairs, Finance, Administration and Operations, and Executive. He has chaired the Conference Committee twice, and was a member of GAR’s 100-Year Anniversary Task Force. Stephen serves on NAR’s RPAC Participation Council Committee for 2024. He is a Platinum R RPAC investor, and is a member of the President’s Circle. In 2017, he was named GAR’s REALTOR® of the Year.

    Stephen is a 1995 graduate of Clayton State University, where he received a Bachelor of Music degree. Having earned the rank of Eagle Scout, he has a long history of service to the community. Stephen’s sought-after talents as an emcee have led to his involvement in several organizations, including Bloom,  Frocks and Rocks, Joseph Sams School, Real Life Center, School Councils for Whitewater Middle and Whitewater High Schools, Southern Crescent Chorale, among many others.  Stephen and his wife Michelle are parents to two beautiful daughters and members of Passion City Church.
