Quinlan recognized for outstanding leadership, service and commitment to the real estate profession
Georgia REALTORS® (GAR) has named Denise Quinlan its 2026 REALTOR® of the Year (ROTY) during the Georgia REALTORS® Annual Conference & Expo in New Orleans, recognizing her exceptional leadership, professionalism and dedication to the real estate industry and her community.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is Georgia REALTORS®’ highest individual honor. Each year, the award recognizes a REALTOR® who exemplifies outstanding leadership, service to the profession, civic involvement and a commitment to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. Selected from a field of 33 nominees representing local REALTOR® associations across Georgia, Quinlan earned the honor for her exemplary service to the REALTOR® organization and her community.

Quinlan has served as a REALTOR® since 2012 and has demonstrated exceptional leadership at the local and state levels. A member of the Northeast Metro Association of REALTORS® (NAMAR) and an agent with Century 21 Results Realty in Cumming, she has served on NAMAR’s board since 2017 and as a director since 2018. She currently serves as president-elect of the Georgia Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and has held numerous leadership roles within REALTOR® organizations throughout her career. Quinlan has earned multiple professional designations and received the 2025 NAMAR REALTOR® of the Year Award, the 2025 Georgia REALTORS® President’s Award and the 2024 Georgia RRC Member of the Year Award.
Beyond her service to the real estate profession, Quinlan is active in her community as president of The Art Guild at The Art Center in Johns Creek, where she helps raise funds to support youth programs, senior activities and community exhibits. She believes every family deserves the opportunity to achieve homeownership and has built her career around exceeding client expectations through ethical service and lifelong learning.
