Bikel is the Vice President of Governmental Affairs of Georgia REALTORS® and a member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association (ARA). She is the Broker/Owner of Bikel Frenelle Realty and has been a licensed REALTOR® for over 25 years, specializing in residential sales, land, commercial, and REO properties.

Bikel received her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Tuskegee University in Tuskegee, Alabama, and her real estate education and licensure through the Barney Fletcher School of Real Estate in Atlanta. Her designations and certifications are ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, GRI, SFR, PSA, and MRP.

At the local level, Bikel has been awarded several honors during her career, including the ARA President’s Award; the ARA Five-Star award; ARA Top Producer Award and lifetime member; REALTOR® of the Year for both the Troup County Board of REALTORS® and the Metro South Association of REALTORS®; and CRS REALTOR® of the Year. Additionally, Bikel is a past president of Troup County Board of REALTORS®.

On the state level, Bikel previously served as VP of Member and Public Services, Ambassador for RRF (REALTORS® Relief Foundation), State Education Chair for CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), Regional Director for Region 6, and Dean of GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute).

Bikel has been recognized in the prestigious New York Times for serving as the Diversity Chair for the National Association of REALTORS®. On the national level, she currently serves as the 2024 Chair of the Multicultural Real Estate Leadership Advisory Group, is a member of the Diversity and the Strategic Planning Committees, and is a state Director for Georgia. Bikel is a 2019 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy and past member of the NAR Leadership Academy Advisory Group. She is also a proud member of Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA), LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), National Association of Real Estate Brokers  (NAREB), and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Bikel and her husband Wills have three children; Zaria who attends LSU, and Kellan and Kyndall who attend UGA.
