Lillie McLean joined the Georgia REALTORS® staff in August of 2019 and is currently the Legal Affairs Director. Lillie serves as Board Counsel to the Statewide Professional Standards Process advising as needed for the ombudsman, ethics complaint and arbitration/mediation processes. Lillie also serves as the staff liaison to the Legal Affairs and the Bylaws, Policies and Procedure Review Committees and provides general interpretation guidance for GAR’s package of contract forms. Lillie is a licensed attorney in Georgia, and has obtained C2EX and AHWD certification and RCE endorsement.
