Accepting GAR Awards and Leadership Academy Applications and Nominations Now!

GAR is accepting applications for our annual individual awards! Additionally, the Georgia REALTORS® Leadership Academy (GLA) is accepting applications for the 2025 class. See below to learn more about each award and the GLA, and how you can apply or nominate a deserving individual.

The deadline to apply for each award and leadership academy application is Friday, November 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m.

Hall of Fame Award

The Hall of Fame recognizes members of GAR who have demonstrated consistent support of the REALTOR® organization for at least 30 years, and who have had a strong influence in the real estate industry. These individuals set the bar for the Hall of Fame, having proven themselves as champions of the REALTOR® association and captains of industry. Nominate yourself or another member by clicking here.

YPN Young Achiever Award

The Georgia chapter of the Young Professionals Network, better known as YPN, seeks to recognize the best representation of young REALTORS® throughout Georgia. YPN Young Achievers are judged on board participation, community and civic  volunteering and business accomplishments. Nominate yourself or another member by clicking here.

Good Neighbor Award

The Good Neighbor Award was established by GAR in 2010 to recognize and honor GAR members who are outstanding volunteers in their community. Up to three individuals may be awarded the Good Neighbor Award in any one year. Each winner receives a recognition gift as well as a contribution to the charity of his or her choice. 2025 GAR Leadership Academy

In 2025, the GAR Leadership Academy (GLA) will train 25 individuals who will be selected from scores of applicants for  leadership opportunities in the REALTOR® organization and beyond. To apply and learn more, click here.
