April Weaver is the Region 3 Regional Director representing the Georgia Mountains and Lakes, Georgia Upstate Lakes Board, I-85 North Board, and Hall County Board. She is a primary member of the I-85 North Board of REALTORS®.

April is an accomplished real estate broker with nearly a decade of experience, committed to guiding clients and agents to achieve their real estate goals. Since entering the industry in 2014, she has built a strong reputation in North Georgia, first as a salesperson and now as the broker/owner of Heartland Real Estate. April’s expertise in local market trends allows her to provide exceptional service to both buyers and sellers, ensuring they receive the most informed and strategic advice.

Her leadership extends beyond her brokerage, having served on the Georgia REALTORS® Broker Council and holding numerous leadership roles at the local board level. April has served as the President of the I-85 North Board of REALTORS® in both 2021 and 2024. She’s a secondary member of many boards across North Georgia as a Designated REALTOR® for her brokerage. She is also a proud Golden R – President’s Circle investor in the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC), passionately advocating for the rights of her clients, agents, and the real estate industry as a whole.
