Leslie Kopel

Research and Compliance Manager

Leslie started working at GAR in 2004 as the part-time Member Records Coordinator, then moved into the Governmental Affairs Department in 2006. Leslie manages internal operations for RPAC fundraising and investor recognition, and provides RPAC technical assistance and compliance support to local boards. Additionally, she conducts research on governmental issues and entities to support GAR’s state and local advocacy efforts. Leslie also provides policy and compliance support for the Governmental Affairs Department and its committees.

Leslie is a 2014 graduate of the GAR Leadership Academy. She is originally from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and graduated from Brown University with a B.A. in Economics.
