Lillie McLean

Director of Legal Affairs

Lillie McLean joined the Georgia REALTORS staff in August of 2019 and is currently the Director of Legal Affairs. Lillie serves as the primary Professional Standards Administrator and Staff Liaison for the Professional Standards Committee. In this role, Lillie manages all administrative aspects of the ombudsman, ethics complaint and arbitration/mediation process, facilitates committee functions on behalf of the chair and vice chair, and supports Hearing Panels as Board Council. Lillie also provides general guidance and assistance to members and the public regarding the use and interpretation of GAR forms in real estate transactions. Lillie has a BA in English, a Juris Doctor of Law, has been a licensed attorney in Georgia since 2006 and has obtained C2EX and AHWD certification.
