Monica Cerrone is the Region 13 Regional Director representing the Camden Charlton County Board, Golden Isles Association, Hinesville Area Board, The REALTORS® Commercial Alliance Savannah/Hilton Head, and the Savannah Area REALTORS®. She is a primary member of the Savannah Area REALTORS®.

Monica has been a real estate agent in Savannah for over 19 years. She is the Associate Broker at Signature Properties Savannah. Monica is dedicated to education and professional development in real estate. She has earned several industry designations, including Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Green, Performance Management Network (PMN), and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR).

She has held leadership positions with the Savannah Area REALTORS®, Savannah Multi-List, and Women’s Council of REALTORS® at the local and state levels. She is the 2019 Savannah Area REALTOR® of the Year and the 2021 Georgia REALTOR® of the Year.

Monica previously served as the 2011 Savannah Board of REALTORS® President, the 2012 Savannah Multi-List President, the 2014 Savannah Women’s Council of REALTORS® President, the 2018 Georgia Women’s Council of REALTORS® President, 2019 Governor of Women’s Council of REALTORS®.

Monica volunteers with Meals on Wheels, Relay for Life, the Savannah AMBUCS chapter, and other community organizations.
