Tia Scott is the Local Advocacy Outreach Manager (Central) at GAR, serving as a liaison for local REALTOR® boards within Central Georgia. She oversees RPAC and RIAC fundraising efforts, issue mobilization, local government involvement, and community grants and programs in the region.

Before joining GAR, Tia worked as a contract specialist for Insight Global, where she negotiated sales and service legal agreements. She also served in the district office of U.S. Rep. Andrew S. Clyde and the Georgia Governor’s Office of Planning and Budget.

Tia graduated in 2024 from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs. She is a member of the Chapter Advisory Board for her collegiate sorority, Delta Phi Epsilon, at Emory University in Atlanta.

Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, swimming, playing soccer, cooking, and reading. Grounded in Orthodox Christianity, she is passionate about community, service, and tradition.
