    • GAR 2025 Leadership Announced

    The Georgia REALTORS® Board of Directors met on Friday, September 13, 2024, and among other tasks, approved nominations for 2025 GAR leadership – officers, regional directors, and NAR directors – and elected candidates that were in contested positions. Below is the list of GAR leaders for 2025:

    • President – Stephen Walker, Fayette County Board
    • President-Elect – Brianne Drake, Atlanta REALTORS®
    • First Vice President – Donna Davis, Savannah Area REALTORS®
    • Vice President of Governmental Affairs – Nakia Brooks, Northeast Atlanta Metro Association
    • Vice President of Member and Public Services – Maura Neill – Atlanta REALTORS®
    • Vice President of Professional Development – Bikel Frenelle – Atlanta REALTORS®

    Please note that the Board of Directors approved an increase in GAR Regions from nine to 13. Click here to view the new region map.

    *Position will be filled for a one-year term by the GAR Executive Committee and the Credentials, Campaign & Rules Committee

    ** NAR Director Entitlements based on July 31, 2024 Membership numbers. Should GAR be granted two At-Large positions, then the 1st Alternate would be granted a three-year (25, 26, 27) At-Large term. However, should GAR be entitled to only one At-Large position, then the 1st Alternate term will remain a one-year alternate term
