IN-PERSON REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES:
Early Bird Registration Fee $299.00, Deadline November 18
Regular Registration Fee $349.00, Deadline December 22
Late/On-Site Registration Fee $399.00, December 23 – January 14
NOTE: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, received a printable email confirmation page and submitted payment.

WHAT A FULL REGISTRATION DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Tuesday President’s Inaugural Gala Reception and Gala ticket – $65
- Wednesday Hot Breakfast ticket – $20
- Thursday Hot Breakfast ticket – $20
- Thursday Lunch – $20

REFUND POLICY: If GAR must cancel the conference due to events our of our control your registration fee may not be refunded. GAR is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) you may incur when a course is canceled or rescheduled.
TICKET SALES & NON-INDUSTRY GUEST REGISTRATION:
Tickets for Special Events are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. All SALES END AND ARE FINAL AFTER DECEMBER 22.
- Gala (Wednesday) tickets are $65. A registrant may purchase one guest ticket in addition to their own ticket.
- Guest ticket for Casino Party $25 (The Networking Reception is included in registration. Registrants need only show their name badge to be admitted.)

HOTEL INFORMATION: The information to reserve your room at the conference hotel will be sent in your conference registration confirmation.
PHOTOGRAPY WAIVER: Portions of this GAR meeting may be photographed or audio/video recorded for various purposes, including reporting, promotion, archival, or sale and distribution. By registering, individuals agree that GAR and/or anyone acting on their behalf may photograph or record by audio/video their attendance and involvement in any portion of the meeting. Furthermore, individuals agree that GAR may use these photographs and/or recordings without additional approval or permission and without compensation
GEORGIA REALTORS® COVID-19 RELEASE OF LIABILITY
COVID-19 is a highly contagious and an easily spread virus – even among those carriers who are asymptomatic. By registering I acknowledge that I am freely choosing to attend the Georgia REALTORS® in-person event during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While Georgia REALTORS® will do its best to provide the safest environment possible for the event, I understand that I have assumed the risk and responsibility of potentially contracting COVID-19 and release Georgia REALTORS® from any liability as it relates to contracting COVID-19.
I acknowledge that if I have been diagnosed with COVID-19, come in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or am experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 (including but not limited to fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, dry cough, sore throat, loss of smell and/or taste) within the 2 weeks leading up to the start of the event, I will immediately notify Georgia REALTORS® staff in writing at to modify my registration.
Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct
The Georgia REALTORS® (GAR) strives to provide an event experience that is positive and rewarding for everyone. By attending a GAR event, you agree to abide by this Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct. All attendees (including without limitation GAR members, guests, exhibitors, and vendors) are expected to conduct themselves professionally and with good judgment and common sense. That means at all times being respectful of others and of the venues in which events are held, including virtual meetings platforms, broadcast platform chats and virtual networking chat rooms associated with the Georgia REALTORS® event.
GAR aims to provide a safe event experience for all attendees and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior or harassment in any form. Inappropriate behavior includes harassing or defamatory verbal or written comments, displays of illicit images or use of illicit language, threats, intimidation and unwanted physical contact.
If, at any time, you feel threatened or harassed, you are encouraged to report the incident directly to police via 911. You may also contact . Please include the date, time, location and a description of the incident being reported. Attendees who violate this Statement of Appropriate Event Conduct may be removed from the meetings. In addition, the attendee may be subject to discipline as outlined in the GAR Bylaws Article XIII Harassment – Section 1.
