The 2025 GAR Contract Forms are only available to GAR Members or other licensees that have purchased a license to use the forms from our site at https://forms.garealtor.com.

REALTOR® members and non-member agents will typically access the GAR Legal Forms through one of the approved third-party GAR Forms Software Vendors. These are separate companies that charge fees for their services, and any questions about using their systems should be directed to them.
