Candidates for Elected Office

The application process is open for GAR members who are interested in serving in leadership roles for 2026. Individuals who wish to submit an application for one of the positions below can access forms here. Deadline to submit applications is 11:59 p.m. on April 15, 2025. 

The individuals listed below have submitted applications for 2026 GAR Elected Office. The GAR Credentials, Campaign and Rules Committee will meet on Monday, May 12, to determine which candidates are qualified to run for office. Once eligibility is confirmed, candidates may campaign within the stated rules, and will be voted on by the GAR Board of Directors at its meeting on September 5, 2025, in Charlotte, NC.
