Seth G. Weissman is dedicated to helping protect real estate agents and brokers whenever legal problems arise. He has spent his career representing brokers, agents, developers, builders, lenders, and corporate and institutional property owners with respect to their real estate and legal needs.
Seth serves as General Counsel to the Georgia REALTORS®. He earned his law degree from Duke University, and holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the University of North Carolina.
Having practiced law for over 30 years, Seth is particularly adept at developing and implementing strategies to solve the most difficult legal problems of his clients.
