Online registration is now closed for the 2022 Annual Conference & Expo, however you may still register ON-SITE at the Renaissance Nashville for the On-Site Registration price of: $399.00. You will also be able to purchase guest tickets On-site, as well.

REGISTRATION FEES & DEADLINES:
Early Bird Registration Fee $299.00 – closed
Regular Registration Fee $349.00 – closed
Late/On-Site Registration Fee $399.00 – August 12 – September 2

NOTE: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process, received a printable email confirmation page and submitted payment. The charge on your credit card will show as “REALTORAssociation/MLS.”

 

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • All Forums, Committee Meetings, Education Sessions, Keynote Session & ROTY Ceremony, Expo, Grand Opening Reception in the Expo, Happy Hour in the Expo, GAR Presents: The Bluebird Cafe, and Board of Directors Meeting

SPECIAL NEEDS / FOOD ALLERGIES:
If you have special need such as a food allergy, mobility challenges, or hearing impairment, please list those in the special needs box during registration or email .

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your registration without penalty until August 11. After August 11, cancellation requests will be considered for those with a family or medical emergencies.

REFUND POLICY: If GAR must cancel the conference due to events our of our control your registration fee may not be refunded. GAR is not responsible for any out-of-pocket expenses (lodging, airfare, etc.) you may incur when an event is canceled or rescheduled.

GUEST TICKET SALES & NON-INDUSTRY GUEST REGISTRATION:

Guest tickets for Special Events are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. All sales are final after August 17.

  • Guest Monday Reception in the Expo – $25 (includes passed hors d’oeuvres & cash bar)
  • Guest Tuesday Happy Hour in the Expo – $20 (includes one drink ticket)
  • Guest Nash Bash at the Wildhorse Saloon – $50 (includes food, live music, line dancing with instructors, games, cash bar)
  • Guest GAR Presents: The Bluebird Cafe – $35 (snacks, beverages, one drink ticket, cash bar, and entertainment)

Click on “Details” for the meeting / conference you want
Click “Edit” on the right side under “You are currently Registered”
Click “Edit” in the far right box beside your name
Click “Add Activities”
Check the idem(s) then click continue
Click “Submit” then follow the directions to pay

HOTEL INFORMATION: The information to reserve your room at the conference hotel will be sent in your conference registration confirmation. Please review the conference schedule before you make your reservation. You may not need a room for Sunday, August 28.
